Applications are available for request form the Project manager at the email address below.

Phase II
Teams identify a problem in their community, and address it by any means they see fit. Teams will submit their presentations to the Project Manager at the email address below. Ends with the presentation submission deadline of April 1st, 2010.
Phase III
A five-person review panel reviews each presentation in accordance with published parameters, and awards the scholarship.
Team projects will not solely be reviewed on the success of their project, but on the integrity of their attempt to solve a relevant community problem.
Audacity and tenacity will be rewarded by the panel, through the reviewers will be looking for concrete, relevant community problems that the team proved capable of addressing. (We are not looking for “World Peace.” Yet.)
Phase III concludes once the review panel has reached a decision by majority vote and presents their recommendation to the Board of Directors.
The scholarship award amount will be $1500, $500 for each team member.
