The scholarship committee is responsible for unbiasedly evaluating essays, merit and applications from potential scholarship and fellowship winners.  Committee members are selected on a purely volunteer basis with the intent of having a broad range of individuals from varying levels of leadership backgrounds.  The purpose of the committee is to keep competition for scholarships and fellowships fair and impartial.
